Step 1 Review Process
This is the easy part. Tell us about your book. Remember that we said 93% of submittals are printed! About 99% get past Step 1!
Before any manuscript is accepted for publication we must first screen the query letter, 200-400 words about the book, submitted via email below. If accepted we will email back with congratulations and instructions on how to pay and what to do next.
Due to the vast amount of junk mail we receive, please write "Query Letter" in the subject line when you send us your 200-400 words about the book. All email without these words, to this address, will be deleted.
See Step 2 to prepare your manuscript. It is evaluated by two reviewers qualified to assess the readability, demand and quality of the work, within 72. (This is the next step where we lose 1-2% more writers). Reviewers recommend revisions to the manuscript and suggest whether a manuscript should be accepted or rejected for publication. Reviewers are selected by the editors. The editor may seek additional reviews of a manuscript or have a resubmitted one reviewed again.
However, the decision to accept or reject a manuscript for publication is the responsibility of the editor, not the reviewers.
